As a member of the Association of the Teachers of Singing (AOTOS) since 1985, Alison has written several articles for the Association’s magazine and most recently she gave a presentation at the National Summer Conference in Bristol.

You can’t communicate with just a feeling! was about the integration of vocal technique, communication, musicality and artistry. Working with three young singers, Alison used vocal exercises to address specific technical issues, and then coached each of them through a song, using technical tools to help release maximum communication and expression.
